We want you to love your Throttle Tots gear! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return Email us at kenzielange95@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please reach out to us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
